Personal Representative
A Personal Representative, or Executor, is appointed by a probate court to oversee the distribution of the assets of a deceased person, and is required for the estate of a Decedent who died with or without a Last Will and Testament.
Trustee Services
A Trustee is a person or entity in charge of operating and managing a trust. Typically, a Trustee is a fiduciary and assumes a position of “trust” providing financial, tax or investment services for the trust.
Conservatorship
A Conservatorship is a court appointed position, created for the purpose of protecting the assets and income of a vulnerable person. A vulnerable person may be one who is ill, easily influenced or easily pressured.
Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a legal document in which one person (the principal) designates another person as an Attorney-In-Fact, with the authority to make decisions and act on behalf of the principal.
Guardianship
A Guardianship is a court appointed position, choosing an individual or entity to manage the needs of someone who is unable to make responsible decisions due to a mental or physical disability.
